Türkiye’de Kulak Ameliyatı Temel Bilgiler
Türkiye’de kulak sabitleme işlemi, genel anestezi veya IV sedasyon ile lokal anestezi kullanmayı tercih edebilen akredite plastik cerrahlarımız tarafından ayaktan ameliyat olarak yapılmaktadır. İşlem bir ila iki saat sürer. Türkiye’de kulak sabitleme işlemi tekniği, kulağın arka kısmından yapılan ve kulak kıkırdaklarına erişim sağlayan küçük bir kesiden oluşmaktadır. Normal plastik cerrahınız kıkırdağı şekillendirip başa doğru katlayacaktır.
Otoplasti Nedir?
Kulak düzeltme veya kulak sabitleme olarak da bilinen otoplasti ameliyatı, kulakları yeniden şekillendirmek veya yeniden konumlandırmak için yaygın olarak 4 ila 14 yaş arası çocuklarda uygulanan kozmetik bir işlemdir. Anormal kulak boyutları, şekilleri veya yaralanmaları gibi bir dizi kusuru çözmek için yetişkinlere de yapılabilir.

Türkiye’de Otoplasti kimlere uygundur?
Türkiye’de kulak ameliyatı genellikle çocuklara, akranlarının özgüvenlerini ve sosyal etkileşimlerini önemli ölçüde etkileyebilecek kötü yorumlardan kaçınmak için yapılıyor. Bununla birlikte otoplasti, kulaklarının görünümünden memnun olmayan veya kulaklarında işlevsel sorun yaşayan herkese uygun olabilecek bir kozmetik işlemdir.

Anestezi
Otoplasti, tıbbi geçmişinize, tercihlerinize ve ameliyatın kapsamına bağlı olarak lokal veya genel anestezi altında gerçekleştirilir.
Kesi
Cerrahınız kulağın arkasında bir kesi yaparak kıkırdak açığa çıkaracak ve yeniden şekillendirilmesine olanak tanıyacaktır.
Kıkırdak yeniden şekillendirilmesi
İstenilen sonuca bağlı olarak cerrahınız, çentikleme, dikiş atma veya fazla kıkırdağın çıkarılması gibi teknikler kullanarak kıkırdağı yeniden şekillendirecektir.
Kulak yeniden konumlandırma
Kulaklarınız başınızdan çok uzağa doğru çıkıntı yapıyorsa, cerrahınız dikiş kullanarak kulaklarınızı başınıza daha yakın bir yere yeniden konumlandırabilir.
Kesi kapatma
Kıkırdak yeniden şekillendirildikten ve kulaklar yeniden konumlandırıldıktan sonra cerrahınız kesileri dikişlerle kapatacaktır.
Giyinme ve sıkıştırma
Başınız, kulakları desteklemek ve şişliği en aza indirmek için bir pansuman ve kompresyon bandajıyla sarılacaktır.
Operasyondan sonra ne beklemelisiniz?
Türkiye’de kulak estetiği sonrasında, taburcu olduktan sonra hem hastanede hem de otelde özel bir hemşire sizinle ilgilenecektir. Olası rahatsızlıkların giderilmesi için ilaç reçete edilecektir; Ayrıca şişliği azaltmak ve iyileşmeyi hızlandırmak için size bir kompresyon bandajı veya baş sargısı da vereceğiz.
Ayrıca tedavi edilen bölgede bir miktar uyuşma veya karıncalanma hissedebilirsiniz. Bu genellikle birkaç hafta içinde düzelir. Ameliyattan sonra bu belirtiler tamamen normaldir. Kurtarma Süreci
Uygun bakım ile nihai sonuçları ameliyattan sonraki 3-6 ay içinde görmeyi bekleyebilirsiniz. Kurtarma sürecinde neler beklenebileceğine ilişkin bazı genel yönergeler şunlardır:
- İlk hafta: Başınızı yüksekte tutmanız ve şişlikleri azaltmak için başörtüsümüzü takmanız gerekecektir. Reçeteli tüm ilaçları alın, mümkün olduğunca dinlenin ve vücudunuzu zorlamayın!
- İkinci hafta: Artık hafif aktivitelere devam edebilecek ve işe ya da okula dönebileceksiniz. Bununla birlikte, örneğin temas sporları yoluyla kulak travmasından kaçınmak önemlidir.
- Takip eden haftalarda: şişlik ve morarma yavaş yavaş azalacak ve tüm normal faaliyetlerinize devam edebileceksiniz. Özel durumlarda kulakları korumak için kafa bandı veya kompresyon giysisi giymeye devam edilmesi önerilir.
- Takip: İlerlemenizi izlemek ve düzgün bir şekilde iyileştiğinizden emin olmak için takip randevuları planlayacağız. Onları kaçırmayın!
Otoplasti sonrası kulaklarınız nasıl temizlenir?
Doğru iyileşmeyi sağlamak ve enfeksiyon riskini azaltmak için otoplasti sonrasında kulaklarınızı temiz ve kuru tutmak önemlidir! En iyi iyileşmeyi sağlamak için bazı genel kurallar şunlardır:
- Kulaklarınızı ıslatmaktan kaçının: Ameliyattan sonraki ilk hafta, duştan veya yüzmeden kulaklarınızı kesinlikle ıslatmamalısınız!
- Nazik bir temizleyici kullanın: İlk haftadan sonra kulaklarınızı yumuşak bir sabun veya temizleyiciyle, kesi bölgesinden uzak durmaya dikkat ederek nazikçe temizleyebilirsiniz!
- Pamuklu çubuklardan kaçının: Kesi bölgesini tahriş edebileceğinden ve enfeksiyon riskini artırabileceğinden pamuklu çubuk veya pamuklu çubuk kullanmaktan kaçının.
- Yumuşak bir bez kullanın: Bunun yerine, çok fazla baskı uygulamamaya dikkat ederek dış kulağı nazikçe temizlemek için yumuşak bir bez kullanın.

How to clean your ears after otoplasty?
It’s important to keep your ears clean and dry after otoplasty to promote proper healing and reduce the risk of infection! Here are some general guidelines to ensure the best recovery:
- Avoid getting your ears wet: For the first week after surgery, you should avoid getting your ears wet at all, either from showering or swimming!
- Use a gentle cleanser: After the first week, you can gently clean your ears with a mild soap or cleanser, taking care to avoid the incision site!
- Avoid cotton swabs: Avoid using cotton swabs or Q-tips, as they can irritate the incision site and increase the risk of infection.
- Use a soft cloth: Instead, use a soft cloth to gently clean the outer ear, being careful not to apply too much pressure.
- Apply antibiotic ointment: Your surgeon may recommend applying an antibiotic ointment to the incision site to help prevent infection.
